Spotonix, Inc. ("Spotonix," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit spotonix.com (the "Site") and use our services.

- Email address — when you download our whitepaper, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us through forms
- Name and contact information — when you schedule a meeting through our booking tool (HubSpot Meetings)
- Any information you voluntarily include in emails or form submissions

- Page views and site usage — collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-friendly, no personal data, no cookies)
- HubSpot tracking cookie (
hubspotutk) — tracks which pages you visit on our Site. This cookie is set by HubSpot's tracking script and is linked to your contact record only after you submit a form with your email - UTM parameters — if you arrive via a link with UTM tracking parameters (e.g., from a LinkedIn post or email campaign), we store the source, medium, and campaign in your browser's localStorage to understand how you found us
- Browser and device type — collected anonymously by Cloudflare for aggregate analytics (not linked to individuals)
Information we do NOT collect
- We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising trackers
- We do not use fingerprinting or cross-site tracking
- We do not collect payment information through the Site
- Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not track individuals
2. How We Use Your Information
- Whitepaper downloads — to deliver the whitepaper content and follow up if relevant to your interests
- Newsletter — to send periodic updates about Spotonix, composable BI, and related topics
- Meeting scheduling — to coordinate product demos and conversations
- Site analytics — to understand which pages are most useful, how visitors navigate the site, and which content drives engagement (aggregated, not individual)
- Attribution — to understand which channels (LinkedIn, email, press) drive interest so we can focus on what works
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Site:

5. Data Retention
- Email addresses — retained in HubSpot until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Page view data — Cloudflare retains aggregate analytics data; HubSpot retains per-contact page history
- localStorage data — persists in your browser until you clear it
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Unsubscribe — opt out of any email communications at any time
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.
8. International Users
If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer. We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR for EU/EEA users.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
